Q : In which areas of the body is hair restoration applicable?
A : It can be done on the areas you are concerned with, v.g. the head, moustache, beard, eyebrow, eyelashes, sideburns, and other parts of the body.
Q : How is hair restoration carried out and treated?
A : Done by surgical procedure, v.g. hair transplantation, Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE); Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT); and treatment utilizing Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT); Duo Laser plus Minoxidil; and mesotherapy.
Q : Is it safe?
A : It is non-chemical, non-invasive and FDA-approved treatment that is being used around the U.S. for the treatment of hair loss and is, therefore, safe.
Q : How long does hair transplantation or procedure take?
A : It could range from 3 to 8 hours maximum, depending on the extent of the site requiring transplantation and the number of grafts needed.
Q : Who performs the hair transplant surgery?
A : Our LAD Hair Consultant-Surgeon performs the procedure, with the assistance of qualified and specially trained medical team.
Q : What is the nationality of the Consultant-Surgeon and where did he acquire his qualifications?
A : Our Consultant-Surgeon is an educated Iraqi-American, licensed from U.K.; California, U.S.A.; and New York University, U.S.A; certified by the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgeon, U.S.A.
Q : How long do we expect full hair growth?
A : You will note that the new transplanted hairs will shed off initially, but will actually begin to grow 3 months after the procedure. In 12 months onwards, the hairs will continue to grow at their natural pace.
Q : Is the result permanent?
A : It is safe to state that the hair is natural and lasting.
